On many of the Internet's career-oriented sites, there are few clear distinctions regarding the source of job leads. The big job banks electronically combine the databases of classified ads, headhunter opportunities, corporate job postings and the myriad of assorted job listings ... thus creating HUGE job banks of relatively current "openings".
